Houston and
Dallas. And in Houston, we have several delivery options depending on the level of service you desire and where you want your meal delivered. If you are downtown, try
downtown delivery; if you are in Houston, but outside of downtown, or if you want us to deliver and set up your complete meal for you, try

Answer: Not yet, but we are currently researching the best way to provide this service to our Guests in the future. We only use the freshest ingredients in our food; therefore, many of the Pappas Bar-B-Q menu items are not conducive to shipping.
Answer: All Pappas Bar-B-Q restaurants are owned and operated by Pappas Restaurants, Inc. We are a private family organization owned by Harris and Chris Pappas. We do not offer franchising.

Answer: Pappas Bar-B-Q uses hickory wood to slow smoke its meats. Each Bar-B-Q restaurant uses about 40 pieces of hickory wood each day, which comes from right here in Texas. The reason is because hickory smoke smells and tastes the best for barbeque.
Answer: Pappas gift cards do not expire, but they do become inactive after 5 years of non-use. We would be happy to send you a replacement card if yours has become inactive. In order to complete your request, please email the following information to:
